Congratulations Whovians! The votes have been tallied and “Doctor Who” has won the TV Guide Fan Favorites contest. Due on shelves the first week of December, The Doctor will grace the cover for the first time in the magazine’s 60 year history!
Earlier this fall, TV Guide held an online contest for their Fan Favorites cover. Among the shows in the running were “Pretty Little Liars”, “The Walking Dead” and “Vampire Diaries”. After the votes came in, the victor was “Doctor Who”. Last year, “Community” won this coveted award which incidentally also
The cover features The Doctor in all of his bow tie goodness and features an article about the new companion Jenna Louise Coleman. “Doctor Who” will be back this Christmas with the highly anticipated episode “The Snowmen”.
