The magical realm of “Doctor Who” is a place not unlike the real world. It is full of everyday people who live their lives to the best of their ability. However in this alternate world, there is one major difference; there is a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey watching over us. The Doctor is an individual who broke the law and stole the TARDIS from his own people. He makes mistakes and gets angry, just like everyone else. While he went against the Time Lords, he did so to see the universe and to protect those who cannot protect themselves. In The Doctor’s eyes, everyone is special and everyone is just as important as anyone else. No matter what your race, religion, sexual orientation or even body type, you still matter. (continue reading on Examiner.com)
