
Saturday, March 7, 2015, was a special day at the Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton. “Star Trek” fans gathered together for a special event to honor their beloved Leonard Nimoy. Nimoy famously portrayed Mr. Spock on “Star Trek” for almost 50 years and became a pop culture icon. Sadly the world became a bit dimmer on February 27 when he passed away at the age of 83. Alamo Drafthouse hosted a special event to honor the actor and also raise money for a great cause. The event was a six hour trilogy of “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan”, “Star Trek III: The Search for Spock” and “Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home”. Continue to Examiner.com
